Online Order Form Entry

I need help transferring customer order details into my web-based order forms. The work is purely data entry—no task or inventory management—so speed and accuracy are critical. All information (names, addresses, SKUs, quantities, payment references) will be supplied in spreadsheets and email threads; your job is to copy-paste or re-key it into the online forms exactly as provided, confirm the data submits correctly, and flag any discrepancies you spot.
You should already feel comfortable filling out order forms on typical e-commerce or CRM platforms and be able to keep a steady, reliable pace without sacrificing precision. Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar dashboards is a plus because it mirrors the interface you’ll be working in.
Once the backlog is cleared, I may ask for ongoing support on a daily or weekly basis, but the first milestone is simply to enter the current queue of orders and provide a brief completion report that shows totals handled and any issues raised.
Accuracy, confidentiality, and consistent communication throughout the task will be the keys to success.
