Ongoing Customer Data Entry

I need a reliable pair of hands to keep my customer information up-to-date on a rolling basis. Every week I will send you fresh Excel spreadsheets that contain new sign-ups, profile changes, and the occasional duplicate record. Your job is to:

• Review each sheet for accuracy, spotting and fixing obvious typos or formatting issues.
• Enter the clean data into our cloud CRM (it’s a simple web form; I’ll provide login and a short video walkthrough).
• Flag incomplete or suspicious entries in a separate tab so I can follow up with the customer directly.

Turnaround is two business days after each upload, and consistency is more important to me than speed bursts—I want the information to look the same month after month. Familiarity with Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and basic data validation will save us both time, so please highlight that experience in your bid.

When you finish an upload, I’d like a brief confirmation note that includes the number of records processed and any issues you spotted. If this first month goes smoothly, I’m planning to roll the work into a long-term retainer.
