OnePageCRM Setup & Customization Assistance -- 2

I'm in need of a professional to assist with the initial setup and configuration of OnePageCRM.
I have set up a onePageCrm I have manged to build my action stream by importing csv files, Set up users and separated leads giving ownership to individual Users including Tags.
That all seems to be ok from a sales side of things. But I need to set up the other side of admin for dealing with live customers and their payments.
I have built and used Sugar CRM in the past. However I am so far in with OnePageCrm I need some help understanding how I can use the customer end.
Also I need help creating reports, and maybe bulk mailing out
Key Tasks:
- Customizing the CRM interface to suit my business needs
- Setting up automation workflows for efficiency
You'll also need to help with:
- Creating custom fields and tags
- Setting up dashboards and reports for data visualization
Ideal candidates should have proven experience with OnePageCRM, strong understanding of CRM tools and systems, and ability to create tailored solutions.
