Office365 Contacts Migration to HubSpot

I have roughly 8,000 names sitting in Microsoft Office 365 and I’m moving everything into HubSpot CRM. Before the import happens I want the database properly scrubbed: identify and merge duplicates, flag incomplete records, and send a one-time “permission to stay in touch” email to everyone who has an address.

Any record that bounces or does not reply will be set aside so I can decide later whether to archive or delete it. Records that have no email at all need to be reviewed manually; when it makes sense, reach out via LinkedIn or other channels to confirm contact details.

Once the list is clean, categorise every approved contact so that I can segment future campaigns. Current buckets are:
• Clients
• Partners
• Contacts from past business initiatives
• Built Environment / IAQ / Sustainability connections

I also want a light walkthrough on using the views, lists and basic automation inside HubSpot so I’m comfortable navigating the new system on my own.

Deliverables I’m expecting:
1. Clean CSV (or direct HubSpot import) with verified, de-duplicated contacts.
2. Permission-status report showing opt-ins, opt-outs and non-responders.
3. Contacts tagged with the categories above, plus any helpful sub-tags you notice.
4. Short recorded Loom or live session demonstrating where everything now lives inside HubSpot.
