New CRM System

I'm in need of a freelance CRM expert to help me set up a new CRM system. I have some preferences in mind, like Bitrix and Odoo, but I'm open to other suggestions if you have experience with other systems that you believe would suit my needs better.

My main requirements are setting up:

- Contact Management
- Sales Pipeline Management
- Extensive workflows and automations
- Integration with social media platforms, specifically Facebook and WhatsApp, to ensure messages from these platforms are directly retrieved in the CRM
- Time tracking for employees
- Invoicing management with dashboards
- Accounting with expense regulation
- A chat function
- Integrated email functions
- VOIP integration
- Dropbox integration
- User permissions to control access and visibility for partners, ensuring they can only see what we enable
- Appointment scheduling with integration into Google Calendar

Regarding automation, we are looking for features such as:
- Automated reminders for follow-ups and tasks
- Automatic invoice creation when a certain status is reached in the sales pipeline
- Automatic generation and sending of specific messages or emails based on triggers (e.g., when a deal is closed or a new lead is added)
- Workflow automations to streamline repetitive tasks and ensure timely actions
- Notifications for key events or milestones within the CRM system

I have a small team, so 1-10 user access is sufficient for our needs. We are a growing business and it's essential that the CRM system is scalable and can accommodate potential growth in the future.

Additionally, the system must be very user-friendly and modern. While we have considered Bitrix24 and Odoo, their monthly costs are a concern. We prefer a solution that does not require ongoing monthly payments.
