Need help to setup Monday.com properly
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
Hi, I'm looking for someone who has experience setting up Monday.com properly. The goals of this project are:
- Connect two e-mail accounts to the Monday CRM system
- Configure two contact pools for each e-mail account
- Create two forms that gather customer contact details and some extra data that we like to store
- Both forms should store the contact details in each respective contact pool
- One of the form should have a trigger and workflow that starts Pandadocs which is presented to the one who submitted the form. The idea behind this is that we need an automated agreement signing workflow. I'm open to other suggestions to establish this properly within Monday.com
- Furthermore I'd like to ask to do a basic setup of Monday.com so it works properly and is production ready. Not sure what needs to be tweaked but I like to have some advice on this subject.
- If possible I'd like to create two different workspaces that are separated security wise. It's not allowed that the user of contact pool1 can see contacts in pool2 and vice versa. This Monday.com instance is going to be used by two organizations.
- At the end of the project I'd like to have some explanation about how the configurations was done.
