Need a freelancer for my agency

Hello, recently I started an website creation, designing,SEO, graphic designing Agency, but I didnt get the clients, I want a freelancer who are from india those are good in CRM, and expérience of good conversation with USA, UK, CANADA Clients, I will give 5% of my whole profit they are also good in marketing.

NOTE:-I didnt select freelancers by their rating, I want trusted freelancers, enough.
