We are already using the Zoho applications. we use Zoho CRM, Creator, Desk and Books. However there are numerous errors. The scope of the work includes:
1. Complete Integration and Mapping of the Contact Module in Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator (Appointment application). Potentials module with Treatment Plan, Doctors Module, Book appointment with Meetings etc etc. So that there are no duplicate entries and all the modules in Zoho Creator should have a two way sync.
2. Complete Integration and Mapping of Zoho Desk and Creator and CRM so that the information in all the modules is in complete sync.
3. Integration of CRM with Zoho Books and Desk. so that both the sales, support team are able to generate the bills. During the blueprint of the Zoho Desk, we need the automatic purchase orders to the vendors and automatic bills to the clients based upon inputs by desk agents and zoho creator agents.
