For the next half-year I need a confident cold-caller to work through a steady stream of prospect data I will supply, converting both business and consumer leads into paid technology sales. The numbers to dial, basic contact details, and product scripts are ready; your job is to bring in closed deals and keep clear, up-to-date notes in the CRM each day.
Success is measured purely on results: every month we will agree on a realistic sales target, and payments will scale with the revenue you generate. You can choose the calling hours that suit your time zone as long as they align with prospects’ availability and you hit the agreed volume of dials.
Day-to-day I’ll provide:
• Fresh B2B and B2C call lists segmented by vertical and geography
• A concise product brief, FAQs, and objection-handling points
• CRM access and VoIP credits
You will:
• Conduct persuasive outbound calls, follow-ups, and callbacks
• Record outcomes immediately in the CRM
• Relay market feedback so we can refine the pitch together
• Hit (and ideally exceed) the monthly close target
