Monday.com set up
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
We need some assistance with set up in monday.com such as:
1. Create form from Monday for sales to input likely wins. This goes into a board with ‘pipeline’ and ‘won’ groups.
2. Once a pipeline job has a status change from ‘pipeline’ to ‘approved’ it automatically moves up to the won group. This then triggers the development of a WBS template board – which is the project broken down into tasks and stages.
3. Set up triggers to allow for reporting on:
Project budget
The rate for each resource
The number of hours allocated to the resource
The total cost of each component
The overall gross profit margin
