Monday.com CRM Build & Oversight plus ongoing project assistant tasks using CRM
Budget: £5 – £10 GBP
I need a monday.com workspace configured from scratch so my small architecture and structural design team can stop drowning in admin. The system must automate every recurring step of our client journey—from the first enquiry right through to project hand-off—while giving each teammate exactly the information they need, when they need it.
Step 1 is the build. You’ll map our current workflow, translate it into customizable boards, dashboards and automations, and embed real-time collaboration tools so we can chat, share files and flag blockers without leaving the platform. Templates for proposals, contracts and invoices should populate automatically, and colour-coded status columns must alert us whenever tasks stall.
Step 2 is ongoing management. Once the CRM is live you’ll triage new enquiries, schedule and confirm site visits, issue bills and contracts, and keep every task routed to the right engineer or drafter. Expect to refine automations as we learn; bottleneck warnings, SLA reminders and progress reporting need to stay sharp.
Deliverables
• Fully built monday.com CRM with custom boards, automations, dashboards and document templates
• Live workflow that books visits, sends invoices/contracts and assigns tasks automatically
• Weekly summary report highlighting progress metrics and any flagged bottlenecks
• Daily inbox/board maintenance for enquiries and task routing for the first month (extendable)
Acceptance criteria: no manual re-entry of client data at any stage, everyday tasks trigger in under 30 seconds, and any stalled item surfaces on a dashboard within an hour. If that sounds achievable, let’s get started.
