Microsoft Power Apps CRM
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
I am looking for a freelancer to create a Microsoft Power Apps CRM for my business. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer relationship management and be familiar with the following features and functionalities:
- Lead management: I need the CRM to effectively track and manage leads, including capturing lead information and tracking the progress of leads through the sales pipeline.
- Opportunity management: The CRM should have the capability to manage opportunities, including tracking and analyzing sales opportunities, assigning tasks, and forecasting revenue.
- Customer service management: I would like the CRM to have features for managing customer service interactions, including capturing and tracking customer inquiries, managing support tickets, and generating reports on customer satisfaction.
Integration with existing data/systems is not required for this project, as I do not have any existing data or systems that need to be integrated.
After the CRM is set up, I will require ongoing support. The freelancer should be able to provide training and support to ensure that my team is able to effectively use and optimize the CRM for our business needs.
