Medical Problem List Manager Prototype/CRM -- 2
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm looking to build a functional prototype for software that will help manage patient medical problems. Really my first goal is to build the UI for the main page and make it a "clickable prototype". If/when that's done I will look for developer(s) to assume the larger project which involves the software and CRM.
The main page will consist of information about the patient (in what's called the "patient banner" or "patient ribbon". (Actually the "charts" toolbar or banner is above it which shows open charts)
Below that will be the "note banner" which displays information about the note to be built
Lastly, there's the problem list toolbar which does the following:
Problem list toolbar (the new concept as discussed).
Toggle button to show all vs show active
Search field to add problems
Macro icon to add multiple problems
+ sign to add new problem
Toggle to show all problems brief vs comprehensive
The latter has yet to be designed.
I can send more information to those who may be interested. Again I want a functional prototype but for the final development I want to use modern technologies like Node w/ React/Angular/Vue/etc.
Keep in mind I'm aware the budget on this post is too small for the overall project. But right now I'm simply getting proposals for one functional page that allows list items to be manipulated as will be described further.
For now, ignore the links in the document as they are not functional nor accurate. The main focus now is the overall design and function of the main page.
Given previous failures of a similar project, I will likely hire a freelancer who has been designated as "preferred" but I will certainly entertain other offers.
