Marketing Virtual Assistant / Automation Specialist
Hourly Rate: $4–$6/hour
Weekly Hours: 10–20 hours per week (flexible)

Role Overview
We are seeking a dependable Marketing Virtual Assistant to manage our lead generation and
follow-up systems. This role focuses on responding to leads, booking appointments, confirming
schedules, and ensuring consistent communication through CRM automation systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to incoming leads via SMS, email, and calls
• Follow up with new and existing leads using scripts
• Qualify leads and provide basic estimates (training provided)
• Book and confirm appointments
• Update CRM records and lead statuses
• Assist with marketing campaigns and outreach
Preferred Skills & Tools
• CRM experience (GoHighLevel.)
• Lead generation and follow-up experience
• Email and SMS automation knowledge
• Strong written English (Spanish a plus)
• Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
Compensation & Growth
• Starting at $4–$6/hour
• 10–20 hours weekly
• Raises and bonuses based on performance metrics
