Marketing Forms Data Entry

I need 51-100 online forms completed for an upcoming marketing and promotions campaign. All the fields are straightforward—mostly contact details, campaign codes, and short text responses—and the web portal is active and stable on any modern browser.

Credentials for the portal, a short style guide, and a sample filled form will be provided the moment we start. Accuracy is crucial because each submission feeds directly into our CRM for automated follow-ups; one typo can trigger the wrong workflow, so I’ll be double-checking the first few entries together with you to make sure we’re in sync.

Deliverables
• Every form submitted and confirmed in the portal (the system shows a green “Success” banner).
• A simple spreadsheet export (CSV or Excel) you can download from the portal after the last submission so we both have an offline record.
