Magento 2 Ecommerce Integration to CRM & Microsoft AX

Integration scope - CRM:
• Integration with CRM customer
• CRM Promotions and Gift voucher integration
• it is bi-directional data transfer from AX to E-Commerce, E-commerce to AS (for ex: Product, customer, prices, inventory, sales and sales returns, Delivery integration and payment)
• Need data flow from E-commerce to AX
• Use REST API's token based approach
• The ecommerce sales should go to CRM and will provide the structure for the same
Integration Scope - AX
• once the Ecommerce place the order after the payment confirmation the request will go to AX
• AX will deliver the goods from POS after the confirmation order from Ecommerce, if stock does not exists the goods will get transfer from one store to another
• Once the goods are delivered from the outlet then Ecommerce will post the sales to AX
• Inventory visibility of the stock pints in Ecommerce Application
• Sales return will also in the same way
• There should be close integration between Ecommerce and AX
