MINI CRM for a language school

A super admin can have more than one sales manager handling their own sales staff and is able to watch the whole operation from a top view and can zoom in to the smalles of details
We have a few leads for a language school, one of many sales manager uploads numbers 1 by 1 or via CSV, the sales manager then can only assaign numbers to his sales staff some numbers, the sales manager will also take some lead numbers for himself to make his own calls, he is able to see what each sales member (That he is incharge of) is up to and is able to look at a dashboard that gives a report on the fine details of the work of each sales staff and a summary of the whole operation as a whole.
We are already doing this through Excel, we just want to more accurate, add some notifications and sorting.
