Loxo ATS Legal Recruitment Assistant

I run a new specialist consultancy in Dubai that places mid-to-senior in-house lawyers (Legal Counsel through to General Counsel) across the GCC. To keep up with client demand I need support inside Loxo, my all-in-one ATS/CRM/sourcing platform.

You already have 1–3 years of hands-on Loxo experience and understand how legal talent pipelines differ from generalist recruiting. While our clients sit in banking, real estate, fintech, energy and other sectors, every candidate you touch will be a Legal professional, so familiarity with that market’s nuances is essential.

Day-to-day you will:

• Source candidates: use Loxo Source, LinkedIn, and other legal talent pools to build targeted longlists and shortlist the best profiles within agreed timeframes.
• Manage the database: clean uploads, accurate tagging, updating stages, notes and email sequences so the CRM stays investment-grade.
• Coordinate interviews: schedule calls across multiple time zones, confirm attendance, gather feedback and keep both client and candidate journeys smooth.

Success looks like a consistently healthy pipeline, zero data gaps in Loxo, and clear weekly activity reports that let me focus on closing offers.
