Looking for a Zoho CRM wizard

Hello,
We are looking to get started using Zoho CRM and we want someone who is going to set up everything and be with us for a long time if we need anything.
We are a team of 10 people, 5 in the sales side and 5 for the delivery side. We are looking to integrate everything in one solution from sales, delivery, invoicing, HR solutions etc.
I think for the moment we can get started on the sales side of things and we want to get it ready asap.
Please do not bid if you are not willing to work full time on this over the coming days.
