Lead Management Specialist Needed
Budget: €12 – €18 EUR
I'm seeking a dedicated professional to manage our leads and CRM. Although the specific CRM system is yet to be defined, it will likely be one of the popular platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
50 leads per month aprox.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Receiving leads from various sources including website forms, social media, email inquiries, and Excel files.
- Entering these leads into our CRM (once set up).
- Responding to leads within 24 hours.
- Sending initial response emails.
- Scheduling follow-up tasks.
- Updating lead status.
English, French and Spanish are a MUST!
This is an ongoing project anticipated to last between 6 to 9 months.
Experience with CRM systems and lead management is crucial.
Good communication skills, ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail are essential for this role.
