I need a freelancer to build or manage an AI-assisted system that can find leads, verify their information, contact them on WhatsApp, send personalized offers, and reply live to incoming messages.
**Main tasks:**
* Scan online sources for potential business leads.
* Verify details such as business name, phone number, location, website status, Google profile, and service category.
* Remove duplicates and low-quality leads.
* Create short personalized WhatsApp offers for each lead.
* Send around **50 new WhatsApp messages per day** in a safe and compliant way.
* Set up AI live replies for incoming WhatsApp messages.
* Let the AI answer basic questions, qualify interested leads, and alert me when human takeover is needed.
* Track all leads, messages, replies, and status in a spreadsheet or CRM.
