I'm seeking a professional to call my lead list and generate sales or set appointments. The leads are sourced from Justidal and span over a year's data, totaling roughly 3000 prospects. We specialize in selling digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct calls to the provided lead list with the aim of both generating sales and setting appointments.
- Update and maintain data integrity in Zoho Bigin CRM post-call.
- Accurately recording call outcomes, notes, next follow-up dates, and any lead status changes.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in tele-sales or appointment setting, preferably in the digital marketing sector.
- Proficiency with Zoho Bigin CRM, with prior experience in updating CRM systems post-call.
- Excellent communication skills with a knack for persuasive selling.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining data integrity.
