Large Contact Database Cleanup, Deduplication & Email Validation

I have an Excel file with roughly 20,000 contact records that must be immaculate before it reaches our CRM. The task goes well beyond a basic trim-and-sort:

• Verify every conflicting name, company, and job title against LinkedIn (full access on your side is required).
• Prioritise email addresses: run them through ZeroBounce or an equivalent premium service and supply the full verification report.

I expect an error-free, import-ready spreadsheet and a clear audit log showing the actions you took—duplicate merges, suppressed rows, and the final bounce-rate summary. Accuracy outweighs speed, but the entire job needs to be wrapped up within 3–4 days and handled by you alone, no outsourcing or last-minute credit shortages.
