Kanban CRM Workflow for Gem Tender

Core functions I expect the finished build to cover:
• Task management tied to each customer or tender
• Status-based progress tracking that updates the Kanban lane automatically
• Smooth drag-and-drop interaction on desktop and mobile
ready for changes as well , need to implement AI to read documents

I’m flexible on stack—Laravel, Node, Python, or a no-code platform are all fine—as long as the UI feels modern and the workflow is easy to tweak. If you have an existing template that you can tailor to my “gem tender” terminology, even better.

Deliverables
1. Web-based CRM with Kanban board, task cards, and admin dashboard
2. Simple workflow editor or clearly documented JSON/YAML file where I can rename stages and add new ones myself
3. Database script or export so I can move the project to my own server
4. Brief video or PDF walkthrough showing how to create a new tender, move it across stages, and generate a quick status report

Acceptance criteria: a new tender can be created, assigned tasks, and shifted between at least five stages with progress automatically recalculated; all of this must be doable by the sole Administrator account.
