Job portal (Web + App) based on Zoho recruit

We want to start a job portal for the Austrian market based on zoho recruit and other zoho one tools (such as zoho subscription for monthly payment).

We need this job portal to be available as a clean and modern website and app with dynamic content pulled from zoho recruit (job offers) and pushed back to zoho recruit (applications).
