Integrate our php form with Zoho crm -- 2

I am looking for a freelancer to integrate our existing form created in PHP with Zoho CRM. The form captures contact information, survey results, and product orders. I need the freelancer to ensure that the form is integrated with the CRM effectively so the data flows into the system easily and accurately.
