Integrate Whatsapp with CRM System

I'm looking to get a bidirectional integration between my Zoho CRM system and an existing Whatsapp number I have. This integration should allow for messages to sync in both directions, so that any communication between clients that takes place on my Whatsapp number can automatically be logged into my CRM system. Ideally I need a solution that has secure encryption and is easy to use. Communication should be smooth and effortless, so that I can be sure no potential leads are missed or left unaddressed. I expect this integration to provide a seamless way of managing customer interactions and automating communication processes.

When integrating the two I want to be sure that Zoho will download the full history on my phone to the CRM system so that I can mine the data already on my whatsapp
