Infusionsoft by Keap additional design and implementation -- 2

I have a skeleton Keap/Infusionsoft set up that is running parallel to a current system that I am paying a third party to maintain (they won't release the account). I need to have this fully implemented (it's about 75% of the way there) and have a resource I can periodically contact for additional improvements. I need someone with extensive experience with Infusionsoft. I would also not be against migrating to a better platform.
