InfusionSoft Administrator and Funnel Builder + Virtual Assistant

What you'll be doing in this role:
- Performing as an active and responsible part-time member of our operations team responsible for administrative functions that support all areas of the company
- Collaborating with Real Magic team on continuing to improve our customer's journey and internal systems
- Working fluently as a team member on the flow of customer input to maintain company standards and timeframes
- Ensuring all member materials, call reminders, call calendars, and client program delivery systems are updated regularly
- Supporting Operations with the execution of administrative tasks and build-outs of new initiatives
Necessary Skills:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience and can work US timezones
- Experience with InfusionSoft
- Experience with WordPress
- Marketing automation
- CRM management
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capability
- Ability to adapt and be agile as needed in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Attention to detail
- Experience working remotely preferred
- Very Teachable
We urgently need someone who can help me build out campaigns and funnels in InfusionSoft. We have complex campaigns with multiple products, order forms, webforms, and tracking ad spend across multiple platforms that we need help building. They need to be very competent and available quickly to help.
