Infor Syteline CRM Training for Sales Team

I'm looking for an experienced trainer to enhance the skills of my sales team in working with Infor Syteline CRM. The team is at an intermediate level, and the training should focus on lead management, customer segmentation, and reporting and analytics.
Skills and Experience:
- Expert knowledge of Infor Syteline CRM
- Proven experience in sales training
- Strong understanding of lead management, customer segmentation and reporting and analytics features of the CRM.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
The goal of this training is to improve the sales team's efficiency and effectiveness in using the CRM to manage leads and customers, and to leverage data for sales strategies and forecasting.
