Improve lead flow in Zoho CRM leads with SMS qualification process

I am looking for a freelancer who can help us improve our lead flow in Zoho CRM with an SMS qualification process. Our current lead flow process is manual, and we currently use SMS integration with Zoho CRM and Twilio. We want to implement a combination of both automated and customized responses based on lead data to improve our lead flow process.
