Improve Zoho System

Hello, we are a small company using Zoho CRM system on a daily basis. We would like to improve and automate a few things in the system so that it runs much smoother. We have created a specification of what must be done with a very detailed plan. We are looking for someone who could help us to implement this into action. The best possible option is for someone to be able to visit our office on weekly basis to implement and check if all is working correctly. Our company is based in Wembley, London.
