Implementation/ Set-up of CRM System (Monday.com or Zoho.com)
Budget: €750 – €1,500 EUR
We are looking for a freelancer/programmer with experience to set up a new CRM system efficiently.
We are switching from 'Zenkit ToDo' to 'Monday.com' or 'Zoho.com'
Tasks/responsibilities:
- Choosing/consulting on the CRM system that is best suited for our needs ( Monday.com or Zoho.com)
- Importing of all client data via excel spreadsheets (we can provide examples)
- Configuring of Monday.com or Zoho.com as per our needs (a brief on objectives/functionalities needed can be provided. Any suggestions based on your experience are welcome)
- Configuring/choosing a system that works as a smart
- Providing input based on your expertise on how the new system could be set up to its full potential for our needs
Requirements:
- Experience/Expertise with the set-up of CRM system
- Experience/Expertise on systems that also work as a smartphone app (Android & IOS)
- Available to communicate on the phone for certain parts of the configuration
- Open/interested for potential ongoing support (if applicable after completion of the project)

We are a service company in the marine industry, selling the service of coating applications. We send our teams (from USA and Europe) anywhere in the world where our clients are. Clients are defined as B2B CONTACTS (yards, yacht management companies, yacht brokers…) and CREW (yacht crew). Yachting is an industry with high fluctuation, meaning clients are strongly interlinked (eg. One yacht manager can be interlinked with 10 boats, 10 boats will have 3 crew each, crew change boats and positions frequently….). We need a system that is dynamic and highly interlinked (as much as the industry itself).
