Hubspot builder

We have a half constructed Hubspot database that needs to be completed and data migrated from multiple spreadsheets, while we have a keen volunteer who has used Hubspot she is not experienced in building from scratch, testing to ensure it will enable report and data extraction and incorporate interaction with survey monkey, mail chimp (for event information and newsletters), Xero and accept data from website and surveys.
