Hubspot Minor Configuration

We already installed Hubspot to manage just a phase in one of our projects. We don't necessary will continue to use it after a few weeks. But right now, we don't know how to activate the Activity Feed. We want that if we make a note on a contact, that the note appears automatically on the activity feed. We don't know if that is possible.
