HubSpot CRM Migration & Reporting Setup

I have just licensed HubSpot CRM along with the Sales and Marketing Hubs and now need help to implement.
- Transfer all CRM data from our existing TE CRM to Hubspot. Clean data.
- Set up sales pipelines
- Set up sales opportunities (will have custom properties) and transfer existing over to hubspot
- Set up sales KPI's and Metrics
- Set up dashboards and reports
- Integrate/link our emails and phone calls to Hubspot
- Set up deal scoring and forecasting
- Set up forms
- Set up internal sales pipeline (to handle quoteing and documentation)
- Possible Pandadoc integration or at least set up Hubspot quoting
