HubSpot CRM Contacts Cleanup
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I'm in need of a specialist who is able to sweep through my HubSpot CRM Contacts and Companies and rectify issues related to incorrect and incomplete information.
Specifically, I'm aware that many contacts have erroneous or incomplete fields such as; job titles, locations, industry, company name, phone number etc. that are causing data disorganization and inefficiencies in our system. This inconsistency and incompleteness need to be addressed to enhance our data quality and improve CRM functionality.
Most of this missing info is located in emails saved in CRM on the activity tab of each contact page, it just needs to be found and then inputted into the relevant field. I have 1,700 contacts and 820 companies that will need to be reviewed.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in HubSpot CRM operations
- Detail-oriented to identify and correct all fields
- Knowledgeable in data management and quality control
- Past experience in CRM data cleanup is a plus.
