We are seeking a confident and professional female sales caller to promote and sell website development services to small and medium businesses. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to present technical services clearly to potential clients.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients interested in website creation or upgrades.
Explain benefits of professional website development effectively.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable website solutions.
Follow up with leads and maintain accurate call records.
Meet daily or weekly sales targets.
Payment Options:
The candidate can work on a commission basis with attractive incentives.
Alternatively, monthly base pay with the opportunity for extra commission based on performance.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Proficient in both English and Hindi languages (verbal and written).
Proven experience in telemarketing or sales calling, preferably in IT or digital services.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Positive attitude, confidence, and good negotiation skills.
Access to reliable phone and internet.
Preferred:
Experience selling websites, digital marketing, or IT services is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM software for lead management is an advantage
