Project Overview
We need a GHL professional to design and build our complete GHL instance. This includes end-to-end funnels, automations, CRM, pipelines, bookings, communications (SMS, email, voice), and reputation management. The goal is to centralize our marketing, sales, and client communication within GHL.

Scope of Work (Key Areas)
• Strategy & Architecture: Map client journeys, recommend best practices for wellness businesses.
• CRM & Pipeline Setup: Configure GHL CRM, build sales/client pipelines, create task systems.
• Funnels & Landing Pages: Set up high-converting pages for lead generation, consultations, and program sign-ups.
• Automations & Workflows: Implement end-to-end automations for lead nurture, booking, reminders (SMS, email, voice), and client onboarding.
• Email, SMS & Voice Setup: Configure communication channels, create templates, set up call routing/tracking.
• Calendar & Forms: Integrate online booking and intake forms.
• Reputation Management: Set up automated review requests and dashboards.
• Reporting: Implement dashboards for key metrics.
• Training & Documentation: Provide video walkthroughs and basic SOPs.

• Certified GHL Expert with portfolio/references.
• Experience setting up GHL from scratch, ideally for health/wellness businesses.
• Strong understanding of funnels, CRM, marketing automation (email, SMS, voice), and customer service workflows.
