GO HIGH LEVEL calendar automations. when someone books an appointment( i am using a regular automation to send out appointment reminders) the automation sends them reminders just fine. But if someone reschedules it doesnt stop the old ones (still sends the new ones).
Also id like to set up a custom message after the appointment that comes internally that links out to a google form or something that asks me questions about how the appointment went (if they bought etc) and then inputs that info into the contact , moves them to the appropriate stage etc.
