We are seeking an experienced Go High Level expert to set up a complete funnel automation system. This project involves configuring landing pages, sales pipelines, automations, and integrations to streamline lead management and conversion.
Scope of Work:
✅ Landing Page Setup
• Design and optimise a high-converting landing page with a strong CTA.
• Implement urgency elements like countdown timers and scarcity messaging.
• Ensure seamless lead capture and booking functionality.
✅ Funnel & Automation Setup
• Automate lead tracking and follow-ups for no-shows, cancellations, and reschedules.
• Create an automated custom pitch deck tailored to leads.
• Integrate Zoom transcription for sales calls and use AI to extract key insights.
• Set up conditional workflows to move leads through different pipeline stages.
✅ Sales & Client Pipeline Implementation
• Build structured sales pipeline stages with automated status updates.
• Implement an auto-generated service agreement process triggered at the second call stage.
• Automate invoicing and subscription management based on client selection.
✅ Integrations & Optimisations
• Sync emails, phone numbers, and contact management with Go High Level.
• Ensure seamless payment flow from contract signing to retainer activation.
• Fine-tune automations to optimise API calls, reduce costs, and improve response times.
