Help customize the ZOHO CRM of a payment processing business

We have setup ZOHO One, and are looking to find someone well versed in ZOHO ONE, specifically ZOHO CRM. I would like to give a brief tutorial on the CRM we use for our other CRM, IRIS, which was made specifically for the payment processing industry. Once the Freelancer has a good idea of how IRIS works, we would like someone to help us customize our ZOHO CRM to mimic how IRIS functions. Also, any additional ZOHO CRM features that would be a good fit to use for our business should be set up as well.
