Hello Looking for someone who can set up Zoho recruiter

Hello, we are an outsourcing company and currently have 2 Zoho recruit basic Licenses.
We have 5 recruiters who use this and 1 manager to uses it all the time
The Applicants' database is currently all over the places.
All Facebook applicants are in the company page as well as the recruiter's personal Facebook account.
Indeed, it is also not connected
Onlinejob Ph ia very Important platform. There is not integration.
I have 25000 resumes there need to source them in zoho recruit.
LinkedIn's applicants for all recruiters accounts.
Email resumes around 10000 need to be fed in the system
Need someone tech-savvy who can connect all profiles and let us get proper reports.
Also, help my team to implement the system at its full capacity which bring more productivity,.
Ideal candidate must have done something similar for some recruitment company,
