My Ayurveda wellness centre receives a steady flow of warm enquiries every day. I need a Bangalore-based female professional who can turn those curious prospects into paying clients while working entirely from home.
Day-to-day you will explain and negotiate service packages over the phone and through direct social-media messaging, guiding each lead from first question to confirmed booking. Fluency in English is essential so conversations feel effortless and trustworthy. A solid foundation in general sales gives you the confidence to handle objections and secure the “yes” without being pushy; the emphasis is on persuasive negotiation that respects the wellness focus of our brand.
You will have:
• Reliable phone and internet access for clear calls and prompt social-media replies
• The discipline to track every contact and next step in our simple CRM sheet
• To schedule treatments at our Bangalore clinics when a lead is ready
Deliverables I measure weekly:
• Updated lead sheet with call notes, status, and conversion outcome
• Minimum conversion percentage agreed at the start of engagement
• Brief voice or video recap highlighting challenges and wins
