We need a detail-oriented GoHighLevel Virtual Assistant to support our funnel setup for Altin Cre8. You will focus on building and refining quizzes, setting up automations, and ensuring smooth CRM workflows.
Responsibilities:
Build quizzes inside GHL (GoHighLevel / VanX).
Connect quiz responses to automations and nurture sequences.
Ensure workflows (SMS, email, tagging, segmentation) run seamlessly.
Troubleshoot and optimize funnels for conversions.
Document your setup clearly so we can scale later.
Requirements:
Proven experience with GoHighLevel (funnels, automations, pipelines).
Understanding of quiz logic, forms, and conditional workflows.
Strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve.
Clear communication skills — must be able to explain what you’ve set up.
Payment: Hourly (starting with test projects).
Bonus: Experience with luxury brands, relationship coaching, or storytelling funnels is a plus.
