GoHighLevel Workflow for Content Creation

Job ID: 38941991

Budget: $2 – $8 USD

Snapshot Workflow Request: Studio Content Kings – Content Creation Delivery

I need a custom GoHighLevel workflow for managing monthly content creation packages delivered by Studio Content Kings. This workflow will ensure deadlines are tracked, notifications are sent when deadlines approach, and tasks automatically move through the production pipeline as steps are completed.

Workflow Details
Goal: Streamline the delivery process for monthly content creation packages, ensuring accountability and timely delivery.

Workflow Steps
Step 1: Client Onboarding (Post-Sales Transition from the sales and leads pipeline to the current customer pipeline)

Once a client signs up and pays for a content creation package, they move from the Sales Pipeline to the Production Pipeline.
Onboarding information is collected (e.g., branding preferences, deliverables) and stored in the Documents Section of the client’s contact record in GoHighLevel.
A deadline for the first deliverables is automatically set based on the package timeline.
Step 2: Assign to Graphic Designer

The system assigns the client’s project to a specific graphic designer.
The assigned designer receives a notification with:
Project details.
A link to the documents stored in the contact record.
The deadline for their tasks.
Step 3: Graphic Design Completion

Once the designer completes the required tasks, they mark the project as complete.
The workflow automatically moves the task to the Account Representative stage.
Step 4: Account Representative Review

The account representative is notified that the design is ready for review.
They review the deliverables and either approve them for client delivery or send them back to the designer for revisions.
If approved, the task moves to the Client Approval Stage.
Step 5: Client Review and Approval

The client is notified via email/SMS that their content is ready for review.
They have a 7-day window to request changes or approve the final delivery.
If changes are requested, the task is sent back to the Designer Revision Stage.
If approved, the workflow moves to the Delivery Stage.
Step 6: Final Delivery

Once the client approves, the deliverables are officially marked as complete and sent for delivery.
The workflow logs the project as delivered and closes the task.
