GoHighLevel Setup for Clinic

I recently signed up for GoHighLevel and now need it fully configured around the daily realities of a busy medical clinic. My aim is to have one streamlined platform that captures new leads, nurtures them into confirmed appointments, and keeps existing patients engaged without adding work to the front-desk team.

Here is what I’m looking for:

• A clean account build-out: custom pipelines, tags, calendars, and user roles matched to our current intake and follow-up process.
• Automated workflows that move a prospect from first inquiry through appointment confirmation, plus post-visit messaging for reviews and reactivation.
• High-converting landing pages and simple funnels we can duplicate for new campaigns.
• Connection of our existing website forms, phone numbers, email, and SMS so everything flows into the CRM without manual entry.
• Clear hand-off documentation and a short training call so staff can manage day-to-day tasks confidently.
