GoHighLevel Sales Integration Setup

I have Go High Level accounts ready and have just added Closerx.ai for call intelligence. What I need now is a true GHL guru who can wire everything together so my entire client-onboarding flow runs from a single dashboard.

The core goal is to integrate my sales processes—specifically the client-onboarding stage. You’ll connect GHL, Closerx.ai and my chosen SMS gateway, build the necessary pipelines, triggers and automations, and make sure every text, call recording, note and deal stage stays in sync.

Key deliverables:
• Fully configured GHL pipeline dedicated to onboarding, with automated stage moves.
• Seamless Closerx.ai integration so call recordings and transcripts map to the correct contact and deal.
• SMS set-up (likely Twilio/LeadConnector) with opt-in compliance, ready-made templates and working two-way messaging.
• Short loom or written walkthrough showing how each piece fits together.
