GoHighLevel Multi-Site Setup for Real Estates (Custom Objects + Associations) — Evidence first

I need a GoHighLevel specialist to implement a true multi-site data model using Custom Objects + Associations.
This is specifically for Real Estate / Body Corporate / multi-property clients, where:
One customer/contact must link to multiple Properties/Sites
Each Property/Site must link to multiple Site Contacts (tenant, property manager, billing contact)
Adding a new property must NOT create a duplicate customer/contact
This project is ONLY for the multi-site / custom objects / associations part (not general GHL cleanup).
Non-negotiable: NDA-safe proof BEFORE engagement
Before I award any milestone or grant access, you must provide NDA-safe Loom or NDA-safe screenshots showing this working inside GoHighLevel:
Settings → Custom Objects list page
Properties/Sites custom object showing fields
Site Contacts custom object showing fields
Associations: Contact ↔ multiple Properties, and Property ↔ multiple Site Contacts
A real example: one customer linked to 2+ properties, each with different site contacts (tenant / PM / billing)
The workflow for adding a new service address under an existing customer without creating a duplicate contact
If you can’t provide NDA-safe proof, please don’t bid.
Required behaviours / rules
No duplicate customer/contact when adding properties
Properties store full service address (street, suburb, state, postcode)
Site Contacts include role type (tenant / PM / billing) + phone + email
Associations must be clean and reliable for reporting/workflows
Configure list/table views so Properties is operationally usable (not just created/updated columns)
