GoHighLevel CRM Virtual Assistant

Daily operations in my GoHighLevel workspace need consistent, detail-oriented care. The immediate focus is on three areas:

• Data entry and management – importing new leads, updating existing records, cleaning duplicates, and structuring tags so the database stays organized and easily segmentable.
• Marketing automation – creating or refining workflows, triggers, email/SMS campaigns, and pipeline automations that keep prospects moving without manual intervention.
• Supported websites inside the platform – publishing or editing funnels, landing pages, and forms, then making sure tracking, automations, and reporting tie back correctly to each page.

You should already feel comfortable navigating GoHighLevel’s contact manager, workflow builder, and funnel/website tools, and be able to document the work you complete so I can track changes at a glance. Accuracy, clear communication, and a proactive mindset will be valued; the goal is to keep the system current and the automations firing smoothly so I can stay focused on strategy instead of upkeep.
